4 Wheel Parts Hawaii - Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts

I had an alignment issue on my 3rd generation Tundra. It has a 6 inch lift, aftermarket suspension, etc. Marshall helped me and wasn’t able to get it aligned.. identified that I had bent my axel. They DID NOT charge me for the work and once I got the axle replaced by Toyota I needed to get it re-aligned. These guys at four wheel parts are able to align lifted trucks. My truck was crabbing and I had to take it directly to four-wheel parts after three months of waiting for the axel, when I pulled in the parking lot, Marshall immediately remembered me and asked me about the axel and was able to squeeze me in that day. He fixed it by the next day and I was able to be back on the road good as new Marshall and Thomas took care of me. It is difficult when you have to make an appointment or call because these guys are busy but they’re busy for a reason. They’re they are the best.

I recently upgraded my 2021 Jeep JL Ruby suspension and made an appointment with Mitas for an alignment; however, they could not accomplish the job and referred me to 4WP Waipahu, Hawaii. These guys were great! They made room for Ruby and within an hour, I was on the road. Very reasonable price, top quality shop, and absolutely great customer support!

All the guys out here are great Haku was the guy on this one that helped me out and when I was shopping didn’t make me feel pressured at all. Ron was amazing with making sure I was taken care of on the back end and I left a happy customer today!! I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for suspension, wheels, tires or any off-road needs.

Absolutely outstanding experience at 4 Wheel Parts! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout goes to Marshall, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with excellence. He was not only attentive but took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the process with genuine care and top-tier customer service. Every employee I encountered was friendly and eager to help. I had several questions about lift kits, wheels, and tires, and they made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for my vehicle. Their expertise gave me confidence, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. They did a fantastic job overall, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re thinking about lifting your vehicle or upgrading your wheels and tires, I highly recommend 4 Wheel Parts. You won’t be disappointed!! Request for Marshall he’s your guy!!

Outstanding experience at this location. I ordered tires from their website and only a couple days later I was there getting them installed. The sales reps were super knowledgeable and the customer service was great! I'll be coming back again!
